Le budget de Mt St Aignan amendé : un point marqué par les écologistes et pour la ferme des Bouillons !
Le groupe des élus écologistes Mont Saint Aignan Autrement se réjouit de l’adoption des deux amendements au budget 2013 de la ville qu’il a présenté en séance du conseil municipal ce 15 février 2012.
Ces amendements visaient à ouvrir une perspective positive pour l’avenir de la ferme des Bouillons, actuellement occupée par l’association éponyme, pour y préserver des activités agricoles, ferme que l’ancien maire avait renoncé à préempter au moment de sa vente au promoteur Immochan début 2012, et pour laquelle il avait signé durant l’été un permis de démolir.
– Le premier amendement adopté ajoute au budget l’inscription d’un crédit de 30 000 € qui permettra d’engager, dès 2013, l’étude préalable à la révision du PLU (plan local d’urbanisme) qui est nécessaire pour rendre les secteurs du Bel évent, qui inclut la ferme, non constructibles.
– Le second amendement, en forme de message au promoteur, indique la volonté de la ville de se porter acquéreur de la ferme, par l’ajout des crédits permettant de financer un portage foncier.
Ils ont tous eux été adoptés à l’unanimité des voix des élus des groupes Mont-Saint-Aignan Autrement et Mont-Saint-Aignan Notre ville (PS/PC).
Les élus de la droite et du centre, qui avaient précédemment exprimé leur intérêt pour le site, ne sont pas passés à l’acte et ont préféré ne pas participer au vote, sans exprimer d’avis au fond.
Ce vote du conseil municipal est très positif. Il engage le rattrapage des erreurs du passé.
Nous souhaitons qu’il ouvre une ère de plus grande transparence dans la gestion de ce dossier et des autres dossiers qui concernent la qualité de vie des habitants.
Nous attendons de la majorité qui s’est dégagée en sa faveur qu’elle permette maintenant, en lien avec les citoyens concernés, l’émergence de solutions et de projets respectueux de l’histoire, du patrimoine, de l’environnement naturel du secteur du Bel évent et porteur d’avenir pour tous les habitants.
